Swedish Massage will help you to relax and recharge your batteries while a Deep Tissue Massage will target deeply held muscle tension and help improve your body's range of movement. Indian Head Massage can be relaxing or a zingy invigorating treatment. Hot stone massage is both relaxing and helps with all sorts of muscle or tissue problems.

Our therapist is a member of the CThA, the professional body for Complimentary Therapists and is fully insured to practice.

Full consultations are undertaken to ensure that our therapist is fully aware of any health issues or complaints you may have before any treatment is undertaken. This ensures that the correct treatment is selected and that therapies are safe at all times.
